This website

This page provides restaurant information, a phone link and directions. It does not contain a customer registration form or advertising trackers. Hosting providers may process technical information, such as your IP address and request logs, to operate and protect the website. Links to Google Maps and other external services are subject to those services’ privacy policies.

Customer details and coupons

If you choose to join our coupon programme, we collect your name, WhatsApp number, date of birth (day and month, with year optional), and a record of your permission. We use these details to schedule coupons, track message delivery, manage coupon redemption and honour your communication choices.

Providing details on a feedback form alone does not enrol you in promotional WhatsApp messages. We require documented permission before sending promotional coupons. You can decline marketing and still dine with us.

Services and access

The coupon system uses Supabase for customer storage and staff authentication, and Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform for message delivery when activated. Authorised staff access information according to their role. We do not sell customer details.

Withdrawing permission and requesting deletion

Reply STOP to a promotional WhatsApp message, or contact the restaurant, to withdraw permission for future coupons. You can also ask us to correct or delete your customer details. Records needed for billing, security or legal obligations may be retained where required.

Retention and security

We keep information for the purposes described here and review it under the restaurant’s retention settings. We restrict staff access and keep an audit history of changes. Contact the restaurant for questions or requests concerning your record.
